Sunday’s Games:

Broncos vs Bills

  • Buffalo: Go all-in on the Buffalo theme with a legendary buffalo chicken dip. Creamy, cheesy, and loaded with chunks of tender chicken and a fiery kick – it’s the ultimate dip for your chips, pretzels, pitas or even carrots and celery sticks.
  • Denver: While green chile burritos may have New Mexican origins, they’re an absolute must-have for any Broncos game day. Elevate your gameday menu with green chilis burritos made with our ‘Better Than Chipotle’ Burrito recipe, then top them off with a homemade green chile sauce that can be made a day in advance. To make the sauce, melt 2 tablespoons of butter in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Whisk in 3 tablespoons of flour, stirring constantly for about 3 minutes. Add 1 clove of minced garlic and stir briefly. Slowly whisk in 1.5 cups chicken broth. Add 0.5 teaspoon cumin, a small can (about 4 ounces) of diced green chiles, 1 teaspoon oregano, and salt and pepper to taste. Stir until the sauce thickens, about 2-3 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in 1/3 cup cheese (cheddar or your favorite) and sour cream (optional). For extra heat, add your favorite hot sauce to bring the heat to your desired level.

Grill your brats and enjoy them simply with classic toppings like mustard and sauerkraut.
  • Philadelphia: Everybody thinks Philly cheesesteak when they think of Philadelphia football food, but we took a different path and went with a Stromboli. Pizza rolls can be filled with Italian meats such as pepperoni, salami, ham capicola and provolone. An alternative option is our Stromboli stuffed with sausage, your choice of spinach or broccoli and capped off with mozzarella and pecorino Romano. If you prefer meat, simply replace the filling in our recipe with your favorite Italian meats and some provolone.

Commanders vs Buccaneers

  • Tampa Bay: Go tropical with a Cuban sandwich. Layers of juicy roasted pork, ham, Swiss cheese, pickles, and mustard pressed on toasted Cuban bread.
